The directory records what a dated offering statement says. No repayment classification or analyst credit report has been released for the two offerings currently indexed.
Not Rated
Not Rated means no credit classification has been assigned. It is neither a favourable nor an unfavourable view of repayment. The planned AI document-summary tier would describe a supplied statement without a human analyst reviewing its source or output and without contact with issuer management. It would identify the exact documents, cutoff date and page references, and attribute projections and risk disclosures to the issuer.
Those automated summaries are not yet available. A publication process must retain the source file and hash, page evidence, extraction checks and corrections, and stop a summary when a material conflict cannot be resolved automatically. Existing internal SolarShare and CSI template tests involved human judgment and are not examples of the future unreviewed tier.
Future analyst classifications
Philanthropic Grade and Impact Investment Grade are provisional names. Their decision rules, evidence thresholds, conflict process and legal review are unfinished. These labels are not assigned anywhere on the current site. A future classification would address repayment risk for a specified security and dated evidence, separate from the issuer’s stated social purpose.
Source cutoff
An offering page reports the dated statement and its appendices, without importing later events into that historical account. Forecasts remain forecasts; a maximum offering amount does not establish subscriptions. Later source documents belong on a separately dated issuer record. Missing material in a supplied PDF does not prove it was unavailable to investors elsewhere.
