A factual correction should identify the passage, supporting source and source date. Contact details for submissions will be added before analytical reports launch. A material correction to a published record should identify what changed and when, while preserving the original offering statement date. An issuer may provide evidence; the issuer does not choose the conclusion or receive a veto over publication.
